- Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging to be considered for return.
- Restocking or cancellation fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
- Freight charges are non-refundable for all returned or cancelled orders.

SUPERIOR XL ROOFTOP TENT 2.2m
Roof top tents are a very simple, quick and easy way to go camping, and particularly if you want to take your boat, trailer, or jet ski with you.
This new design of Roof top tent can be easily fitted to most vehicle roof racks or roof bars without the necessity to drill or modify. This new Austrack model has many new features and attaches to your vehicle utilising a track and clamp system.
Refund
If the item has already been shipped, a restocking or cancellation fee will apply, and freight costs are non‑refundable.
All refund requests are assessed case by case at our discretion.
Include your order number, item details, and the reason for the refund so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that refund eligibility depends on whether the item has shipped and the condition of the returned goods.
If a return is approved, only the product cost (minus any restocking or cancellation fees) will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier service. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Depending on your location and order size, multiple freight options may be available. Please review these options carefully to choose the best one for your needs.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link from the freight provider so you can follow your parcel’s journey and delivery updates.
If you create an account on our website, you can also track all your orders directly from your Account page, making it easy to view past and current shipments in one place.
Shipping & Returns
All damage claims are handled case by case, and we will advise the next steps once your information has been reviewed.
In most cases, we will also provide instructions for returning the incorrect part. All cases are handled individually at our discretion to ensure the best outcome for you.
We recommend using a residential or business address to avoid delays or failed deliveries. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help confirm the best delivery option.
Payment
Please note that we do not accept AMEX and we do not offer Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Afterpay, Zip, or Klarna.
If you call to place an order, we typically send you a secure BPOINT payment link to complete payment online. This ensures your details remain safe and the transaction is processed securely.
SPECIFICATIONS
- MATERIAL: 280gsm Rip stop cotton canvas, double stitched throughout with double stitched folded seams for added strength. Wax coated canvas, that is extremely waterproof with a mould & mildew treatment.
- WEIGHT: 85 kgs.
- SIZE: Tent (folded out) 3150mm x 2220mm x 1300mm high Tent (folded up on vehicle) 1220mm x 2220mm x 400mm high.
- BASE: Weatherproof aluminium clad folding base, 22mm thick with reinforced surround, hinged in the centre. All removable parts are stainless steel or aluminium.
- TENT FLY: Uniquely designed wrap around removable & adjustable, made from oxford polyester, 100% waterproof, protects the canvas in a storm, and from sap, bird & possum droppings etc.
- MESH WINDOWS & DOORS: All windows and doors are manufactured from M3 micromesh/midgemesh, (not mossie mesh), vital for bug protection in a tropical or coastal climate. The mesh windows can also be zipped open & have double zips.
- WINDOW COVERS: Has zip open internal closing window covers as well as a zip open external window cover. No need to go outside to close up if adverse weather. External windows have awnings for protection from the sun or rain. All windows and doors have toggle tie backs.
- ANNEX WALLS: Can be zipped on or off very quickly. Includes two windows & a door. The U shaped panel at the rear of the annex walls can be zipped open to enable you to
access your vehicle through either the rear door or side door (depending whether rear or side mounted tent). As an option you can have a 150mm extension piece which zips on the base of the annex walls to allow fitting to vehicles with additional height, such as Patrols or Land Cruisers with lift kits or MT tyres etc.
- ANNEX FLOOR: Very heavy duty and tough PVC, same material as travel cover. Stretches rather than tears.
- MATTRESS: 75mm Medium density foam mattress with zip off cover for washing.
- LADDER: Very strong telescopic aluminium with 40mm treads for comfort in bare feet.
- POLES: All internal tent poles are 25mm aluminium.
- TRAVEL COVER: Heavy duty waterproof PVC. UV treated complete with quality zips. The base of the cover is fitted into aluminium sail track (annex rail) which protects the tent from dust & water. Complete with tie down straps.
